Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for our necklaces.

In the unlikely event of there being a fault with the item please contact us at studio@ryeroad.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and we can arrange an exchange. Earrings and custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Items are to be returned to us at your own risk and we recommend using a trackable shipping or postal service. You may wish to insure your parcel against loss or damage. Please return orders in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The buyer must pay for the return including any customs duties/taxes.

All sales are final.

UK deliveries

We ship our parcels using Royal Mail.

£4.95 Standard Delivery, takes 5-7 working days

£9 Express Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 12 noon (GMT), takes 1 working day. Orders placed after 12 noon (GMT) will be dispatched the following working day. Please note we do not offer next day delivery for orders to arrive on weekends and bank holidays.

International
& EU deliveries

£15 International signed for deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail, a secure international delivery service which requires a signature upon arrival. 

If you do not receive your parcel within the stated delivery time you can contact RYE ROAD and we will provide you with a tracking number to trace your parcel.

International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and RYE ROAD cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks.

Please ensure that your address is accurate and complete to guarantee delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for failed or delayed delivery due to customer error.
